picoSpin-45
The picoSpin-45 proton NMR spectrometer is a true breakthrough in chemical instrumentation. Now you can afford a dedicated NMR spectrometer for your research, for your manufacturing process or for your classroom. Liquid samples are simply injected into an internal capillary via front-panel fittings, and only 20 microliters of sample fluid is needed to obtain a spectrum.
A highly stable, temperature-controlled permanent magnet ensures easy maintenance-free operation without the need for liquid cryogens. The unit occupies a small fraction of the space of a conventional NMR spectrometer, and it does not require specialized knowledge or training for operation. NMR data is generated in the industry-standard JCAMP-DX format for compatibility with standard NMR data analysis packages. The unit's fluid capillary is contained within a cartridge, so it can be replaced easily by the user in case it becomes blocked or contaminated.

Replacement Capillary Cartridge

The capillary cartridge probe is a sub panel assembly containing the NMR RF coil and shim coils. Replacement of the capillary cartridge is necessary should the 300 µm microbore sample delivery tubing become clogged. To minimize downtime it is also advisable to keep a spare cartridge in stock. The picoSpin-45 Capillary Cartridge comes complete with the tools needed to remove and install the capillary cartridge sub panel.
The picoSpin-45 Classroom Kit provides students and chemists sample injection accessories for use with the picoSpin-45 miniature NMR spectrometer. The kit includes 25 polypropylene syringes, 25 syringe filters, 4 inlet and outlet port plugs, and 2 sets of fill and drain tubes. Also included are easy to use instructions describing sample injection into the picoSpin-45 spectrometer using this accessory kit.
The picoSpin-45 Laboratory Kit provides sample injection accessories for use with the picoSpin-45 miniature NMR spectrometer. The kit includes a 100 µL Hamilton Gastight® syringe, a 26s gauge blunt-tip needle with inlet port adapter, drain tube assembly, and a pair of inlet and outlet port plugs. Also included are easy to use instructions describing sample injection into the picoSpin-45 spectrometer using this accessory kit.
The picoSpin-45 Cartridge Maintenance Kit provides accessory items needed to perform maintenance on the capillary inlet filter of the picoSpin-45 miniature NMR spectrometer. The kit includes 1/4” and 3/16” inch open-end box wrenches, 10 replacement 2 µm frit filters, and 2 short pieces of wire to help with the removal of frits. Also included are instructions describing how to ‘back-flush’ clean the existing frit filter and instructions on replacing a frit filter.
